Spaghetti and Lentils with Spinach Sauce

  • spaghetti pasta
  • 1 pack of fresh spinach
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of EVO
  • 1 tsp honey
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of ground balck pepper
  • Chopped Cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp anchovy sauce
  • 4 Strips of bacon
  • 1/4 cup of cooked lentils


  1. Cooked the pasta in a bowling water but do not overcooked.
  2. For the sauce: In a food processor mix the spinach, garlic, honey, salt, pepper, lemon juice, EVO, anchovy sauce until well blended. Set Aside.
  3. In a hot pan caramelized bacon and add in the sauce. Add in the spaghetti , lentils and mix well for about 2 minutes. Top it with chopped cashew nuts when servimg.
