Squid in Tilt of Green Salad

  • 8 pcs medium size squid, cleaned, washed and chopped into square-shape
  • 1 Onion chopped into rings
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • garlic
  • 1 tsp tomato puree
  • 2 tsps lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pack of spinach
  • salt and ground pepper
  • EVO
  • few pcs of cashew nuts


  1. Mashed the ginger and garlic using pestle and mortar
  2. In hot pan put EVO, ans sautee the mashed spices and onions. Add in squid, lemon juice, tomato puree, paprika and worcestershire sauce. Seasonedn with salt and ground pepper. You can add honey or sugar to balance the taste. Make sure to not overcooked the squid.
  3. For serving: In the washed spinach in flat plate or bowl if you prefer and spread evenly. Put squid on top of the greens and add cashew nuts. Drizzle with lemon juice.
